Jamie Day arrives in city

Head Coach of Bangladesh Football team Jamie Day arrived in the city on Thursday. After Bangladesh taking part in the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers 2022 and AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers 2023 match against Qatar, in Doha, the capital city of Qatar on December 4, Jamie day went to London, the capital city of England. After around one-month recess, Jamie arrived inĀ  Dhaka.
Three was a gossip that Jamie Day has been stepped down from his duty. But his arrival proved that he is still now the Head Coach of Bangladesh Football team.
Jamie Day said, " I have to take a 14-day quarantine in a city hotel. After that I shall watch the matches of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Football. I shall start the coaching camp for Bangladesh booters from February. We have three World Cup Qualifiers matches. My boys will take preparation from those matches.''
Assistant Coach of Bangladesh team Stuart Watkins also took recess. He arrived in the city on January 7. He is now in isolation in a city hotel. After 14-day quarantine Watkins also watch the performance of Bangladesh booters in BPL Football.
Jamie Day and Stuart Watkins will watch BPL Football from third round. Then they will work to form Bangladesh National Football team for the rest of the matches of World Cup Qualifiers.
Bangladesh will take on Afghanistan in their home match on March 25. The Red & Green out-fit will face India on June 7. Bangladesh will meet Oman in the last match on June 15.
