MP Tanvir Imam's contribution for education in Ullapara

Sirajgonj district's Ullapara upazila is an educational centre spreading deep into the remote areas. A sum of Tk 208 is being spent for constructing, renovating and expanding new and old buildings.
Thanks to the tireless efforts of MP Tanvir Imam who did a lot for the expansion of education. New buildings have been built in 49 educational institutions in 2018- 2019 at a cost of tk 106 crore.
Tk 21.4 crore were allocated in 2014-18 for constructing new bhavans and Tk 24.30 crore were sanctioned for two hostels and 6 story academic Bhavan at Akbar Ali College.
Not only that, the healthy environment and socio distancing is maintained. Modern wash rooms have been built in most of the institutions.
Sources said, 125 primary schools will contain modern toilets and water supply.
The initiative was taken by MP Tanvir Imam.
