SM Ayub Ali Chowdhury and Md. Sarwar Salim have been elected as the Chairman and Vice Chairman of Northern Islami Insurance Limited respectively in a meeting of the board of directors of the company held recently.
A prominent businessman SM Ayub Ali Chowdhury is one of the sponsor director of Northern Islami Insurance Limited. He is engaged in the business of manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and trading sector. He is the Chairman of City Pharmaceuticals Limited, KB Knit Fashion Limited and Fortune Fashion Limited, said a press release.
Md. Sarwar Salim is a member of board of directors and Convener of Manpower Review Committee of Northern Islami Insurance Limited. He is engaged in different lines of business activities like manufacturing, international trading, real estate etc. He is the Managing Director of Panwin Fashion Limited, Panwin Garments Limited, Panwin Designs Limited, Pantax Accessories (Pvt) LimitedĀ  and Shamoli Garments Limited and Director of Western Developers Limited.
