Bangladesh Ansar champs in Nat'l Women's Baseball

Bangladesh Ansar became champions in the 4th Walton National Women's Baseball Competition defeating Bangladesh Police by 17-10 points in a hard-fought final at the Paltan Ground, which is adjacent to the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Friday.
Bangladesh Police finished the runners-up in the meet. Bangladesh Baseball-Softball Association arranged the baseball tournament for women.
After the final match, Executive Director of Walton Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn distributed the prizes among the winners as the chief guest.
Deputy-Police Commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Md Moazzem Hossain Bhuiyan, Additional Inspector General of Bangladesh Police Sharif Mastafizur Rahman, Additional Deputy-Commissioner of DMP Golam Sabur, General Secretary of Bangladesh Baseball-Softball Association Aminul Islam Liton were present, among others at the prize-giving ceremony.
