Jobayer Monir, an alleged Razakar leader from village Doulatpur under Shalla upazila of Sunamganj was granted bail by the first tribunal in February 2020 on health ground on seven conditions, including staying in Dhaka. After that, the prosecution filed the plea to cancel his bail.
