Sports Reporter : Head Coach of Bangladesh Football team Jamie Day earned the pro-license certificate for coaching on Friday. Jamie Day, who is now staying England said to a local website over telephone on Saturday night, " I earned the pro-license certificate." It may be mentioned that FIFA, the highest body of world football made a regulation before two years that if any coach wants to stay at the dug-out, he must has pro-license certificate. To achieve the certificate, Jamie Day admitted into a two-year long course in England. Due to obtain the pro-license certificate, Jamie Day had to visit in England for a number of times. He appeared in the last course in the last week. The final examination was not held verbally. It examination was held virtually due to coronavirus outbreak. Jamie Day was the Head Coach of Bangladesh Football team for two years from 2018. After ending of his tenure, the Bangladesh Football Federation has appointed Jamie Day for more two years. His mission will formally start from August 16. Bangladesh Football team will take part in the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers 2022 and the AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers 2023. Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Oman, India and Qatar will take part rest of the Qualifiers. Bangladesh Football team will participate in the rest of the Qualifiers matches under supervision of Head Coach Jamie Day. Bangladesh will face Afghanistan on October 8, play against Qatar on October 13, face India on November 12 and meet Oman on November 17.
