Rangpur Correspondent : President of Bangladesh Chamber of Industries (BCI) Anwarul-Ul-Alam Chowdhury Parvez has said industrialization at regional levels is crucial to create employment for attaining sustainable national development. "It will be very difficult to maintain the current economic growth without creating efficient entrepreneurs for establishing industries beginning with micro-, small- and medium scale ones cross the country to generate huge jobs," he said while speaking at a views-exchange meeting jointly organised by BCI and Rangpur Chamber of Commerce and Industries (RCCI) at RCCI auditorium here on Saturday. Presided over by RCCI President Mostafa Sohrab Chowdhury Titu, Presidents, Senior Vice-presidents, Vice-presidents and Directors of ten chambers from all eight districts in Rangpur division, industrialists, entrepreneurs and journalists attended the event. Senior Vice-president of RCCI Mostoba Hossain Ripon narrated prevailing enormous prospects and barriers for industrialisation in Rangpur division and forwarded suggestions for way-outs.
