6 suspected Ansar al-Islam men detained

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) have detained six operatives of the banned militant outfit, Ansar al-Islam in Dhaka and Satkhira.
RAB-4 arrested them while conducting drives in Uttara of Dhaka and Shyamnagar of Satkhira, RAB Legal and Media Wing Assistant Director Mizanur Rahman Bhuiyan told the reporters at the elite force media center in the city's Kawran Bazar on Saturday.
The detained men confessed to the RAB that they were active members of the outfit organization, the RAB official said.
Legal action has been taken against the detained men, he said.
