RMG worker's body recovered

Law enforcers recovered the throat-slit body of a RMG worker from a Banana orchard in Sreepur upazila of Gazipur on Friday noon.
The victim has been identified as Ariful Islam Asif, 20, son of one Ataur Rahman from Ramdas Hariram village under Ulipur upazila of Kurigram district. He worked with KSS Knit Composite Ltd of Mitali Group.
It is noted that some staff of the orchard spotted the body on Friday morning and informed police.
Sahidul Islam Molla, Sub-Inspector of Sreepur Police Station confirmed the matter to the media that victim Ariful remained missing from Thursday evening after he left the factory with his salary for the month of October.
