Blueberry Parfait is a no-bake and no-cook dessert recipe that you can prepare for your loved ones on occasions like kitty party, game night, and pot luck. Ingredients
Blueberry Parfait
1 cup blueberry
2 cup blueberry jam
boiling water as required
2 cup muesli
2 cup yoghurt (curd)
mint leaves as required
How to make
Step 1
To begin with, wash the blueberries under running water and keep aside. Next, take a large mixing bowl and add warm water in it. To this, add the blueberry jam and mix the mixture well until the mixture gets a thick consistency.
Step 2
Take another mixing bowl and add yogurt (curd) in it, whisk the curd until it is soft and plain.
Step 3
Now, take a parfait glass and add a layer of muesli. Afterwards, add a layer of blueberry jam mixture followed by adding blueberry, whisked yoghurt and muesli. Repeat the process, if you want to add more layers in your parfait. Garnish with mint leaves and serve Chilled!

2 cup yoghurt (curd)
2 cup mixed fruits
4 tablespoon maple syrup
How to make
Step 1 -Prepare a smooth paste of maple and yogurt
To prepare this sweet delicacy, first beat the yogurt together with maple syrup to make a smooth paste.
Step 2 - Layer the popsicle moulds and freeze
Now, take popsicle moulds. Layer the mould with the prepared maple- yogurt paste. On top of this add the sliced mixed fruits. Once done freeze the moulds for at least one hour until it solidifies.
Step 3 - Serve chilled
Finally, take the popsicles out of the moulds and served chilled.
