Bangladesh A team off to Sri Lanka

Bangladesh A team led by Mominul Haque left the city on Wednesday for Sri Lanka to play two four-day matches and three one-day matches against their counterpart Sri Lanka.
Bangladesh A will face Sri Lanka A in the first four-day match at Katunayake from September 23 to September 26.
Bangladesh A will take on Sri Lanka A in the second four-day match at Galle from September 30 to October 3.
Bangladesh will face Sri Lanka in the first one-day match at Hambantota on October 7, Bangladesh will meet Sri Lanka in the second one-day match at the same venue on October 9. Bangladesh will take on hosts Sri Lanka in the third one-day match at Colombo on October 12.
Meanwhile, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced on Tuesday the 16-member Bangladesh A team which will play the two four-day matches and three one-day matches against their Sri Lankan counterpart.

Bangladesh A team: Mominul Haque (Captain), Mohammad Mithun, Nurul Hasan Sohan, Shadman Islam, Anamul Haque, Soumya Sarkar, Abu Jayed Rahi, Ebadat Hossain, Sunzamul Islam, Mehidy Hasan Miraz, Saif Hossain, Md Rishad Hossain, Salauddin Shakil, Najmul Hossain Shanto, Jahurul Islam and Mehidi Hasan Rana.
