UNB, Chattogram : A team of Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) unit on Thursday interrogated the film actress Shamsun Nahar Shimla over her ex-husband Polash Ahmed who was killed during an attempt to hijack a Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight in Chattogram on February 24. Investigation officer Rajesh Barua, also sub-inspector of CTTC, said he interrogated Shimla for three hours from 11 am when she went to CTTC's Chattogram unit after returning from India. On March 24, law enforcers also interrogated the parents, relatives and neighbours of Polash Ahmed in Sonargaon upazila in Narayanganj district. On February 24, Polash Ahmed attempted to hijack a Dubai-bound flight of Biman at Chattogram airport. Foiling the bid, the crew members and pilot made emergency landing at the airport and Polash was later killed by members of joint forces.
