2 Rohingya suspects killed in shootout

Two Rohingya men, accused in Teknaf Jubo League leader Omar Faruk murder case, were killed in a reported shootout with police in Cox's Bazar early Saturday.   
The shootout occurred in Jadimura Hills around 2am and three persons including two policemen sustained injuries in the shoot.
The deceased were identified as Md Shah, son of Sabir Ahmed from Mongdu area in Akiab and Md Shukur, son of Abdul Aziz  from Rashidong area of Myanmar.
They lived in Jadimura Shal Bagan refugee camp in Teknaf.
Teknaf Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Pradip Kumar Das confirmed the matter to media.
Two locally made guns and 21 cartridges were recovered from the spot, OC said.
