DU VC mourns death of Rizia Rahman

Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr.Akhtaruzzaman on Saturday expressed deep shock at the death of renowned novelist and Ekushey Padak winning writer Rizia Rahman.
In a condolence message, he said, "Rizia Rahman started her literary works including novel, short story, poem, essay and children friction since 6os. She received many prestigious awards for her contribution to our literature. She will be remembered for her literary works in the days to come. I am very shocked at her death."
