HSC passed student commits suicide in city

A HSC passed student committed suicide in the city's Kaderabad housing under Mohammadpur Police Station on Thursday night.  
The deceased, identified as Sadhin Biswas, 17, was living in a rented house with friends.
Locals said, Sadhin, who came to Dhaka for University admission test, committed suicide by hanging herself from a ceiling fan at around 11:00pm on Thursday at Maniktala of Mohammadpur in the city.
Sub-Inspector of Mohammadpur Police Station Sajedul confirmed the news to the media saying that the boy might have committed suicide after being failed to obtain GPA Golden 5 in the HSC exam.
The body was sent to Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College for autopsy.
