ID for graduate students

Chattogram Bureau :

University of Chittagong is going to create e-mail ID for its graduate students using their own domain name.  Vice Chancellor of the University Prof Dr Shireen Akhter officially inaugurated the program at her office on Sunday. From now, every graduated students of the university will be able to communicate with university administration for academic purposes.
Speaking at the inaugural programme  CU VC Prof Dr Shireen Akhter said, "We have to upgrade ourselves to cope with the rapidly transforming information technology and there is no alternative, said while speaking at the inaugural program."
She also added that University administration has been working to transform all the activities of the university in digital. With the initiative of opening domain ID for every university student will enrich them to go through the updated information flow.
Among others, Chairman of the Computer Science and Engineering Department and IT Cell Controller of the university Dr Md Hanif Siddiqi, Registrar KM Nur Ahmed, Acting Proctor Pranab Mitro and senior teachers also were present at the event.
