General holiday declared at 23 UZs today

The government has announced holiday at 23 upazila areas where the fifth phase of upazila parishad election will be held on June 18.
The Public Administration Ministry announced a general holiday in the respective upazilas on June 18, issuing a gazette notification on Sunday.  The gazette declared holiday at the government, non-government, semi government, institutions and educational institutions except public examination centres on the occasion.
In the fifth phase, the election will be held in Nakla, Naldanga, Kamarkhond, Sudarganj, Rangabali, Taltali, Gazipur Sadar, Narayanganj Bandar, Madaripur sadar, Kalkali, Shayestaganj, Bansarampur, Bijoynagar, Cumilla Adarsha sadar and Sadar south, Noakhali sadar, Paba, Purbadhola, Jamalganj, Katiadi.
