It is holiday time for Sreelekha
Sreelekha Mitra is on a summer break. The actress, who was busy dubbing for films, has finally wrapped up her work and is chilling at her place right now. "Gorome ami dysfunctional hoye jai," she told us, adding, "I just finished dubbing Anik Dutta's Barunbabur Bandhu. While the film mainly deals with the life of Barunbabu, played by Soumitrada (Chatterjee), I also play a character there. I have just finished dubbing last week."
Sreelekha is currently binge-watching English telly series. "I have locked myself up in my room and watching interesting dramas on my laptop non-stop. This is the time I enjoy the most. Recently, I finished working on an intense film, Aquarium, by Aditya Vikram Sengupta. He is quite a director. He did not let me put on even a little makeup while shooting. If he saw me in makeup, he would smile and tell me, 'Tule felo makeup ta. Amar samnei tolo. Ami jeno dekhte pai'. But it was so satisfying working with him. The whole shooting is done in sync sound. We have finished dubbing a little bit that was left and needed. This is a film, I know, I will be proud of," the actress said.
