1,100 BRTC buses ready for Eid spl service

About 1,100 BRTC buses have been made ready for tens of thousands of Eid Passengers, said Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader.
He said it while talking with media in the conference room of his office in the secretariat on Sunday.

Of the 1,100 BRTC buses, 50 more buses will be kept as standby to meet the emergency, added the minister.
Road Transport and Highways Division (RTHD) Secretary Md Nazrul Islam, Road and Highways Department (RHD) Chief Engineer Ibne Alam Hasan, BRTA Chairman Md Moshiar Rahman and BRTC Chairman Farid Ahmed Bhuiyan, among others, were present.
