Ali Abbas Zafar marks his debut as music composer

Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, Gunday, Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai, filmmaker Ali Abaas Zafar has directed some entertaining films till date and now he is all set to mark his debut as a music composer and lyricist with his next, Bharat. Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif along with Disha Patani, Suniel Grover and Tabu star together in the film. The makers have already released a few tracks from the film that have become a rage among the audience and now they are set to release another song tomorrow. The song is titled Zinda and has been penned and composed by the director of the film himself.
Talking about his experience of composing for the first time, Ali said, "It was originally a poem which I had written while scripting the film, the core message of the film is that belief and conviction keep you alive."
The song will be launched tomorrow at an event in Mumbai in the presence of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. Zinda is sung by Vishal Dadlani, from the popular composer duo, Vishal-Shekhar.
Produced by Atul Agnihotri, Alvira Agnihotri, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar and Salman Khan, Bharat traces India's post-independence history from the perspective of a common man and follows his life for span of over 50 years. The film is slated to release on June 5 this year.
