'14-party to always remain vibrant against terrorism'

The central 14-party spokesperson and Awami League Presidium member Mohammed Nasim said the 14-party alliance will always remain vibrant against terrorism, militancy and killings.
"We will have to raise consciousness among people against killings, terrorism and militancy. In this regard, we will hold a rally at Motijheel on April 26 next," he told a discussion on Monday marking the historic Mujibnagar Day at Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) auditorium here.
He said the 14-party alliance led by Awami League will always stay in the field against all sorts of wrongdoings.
AL Presidium Member Begum Matia Chowdhury, AL Acting General Secretary Mahbub-ul-Alam Hanif, Workers Party President Rashed Khan Menon, Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) President Hasanul Haq Inu and its General Secretary Shirin Akhter, Samyabadi Dal General Secretary Dilip Barua, Gonotantri Party General Secretary Dr Shahdat Hossain and Dhaka City South AL General Secretary Shahe Alam Murad, among others, addressed the discussion.
