Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) has arrested two more accused over the murder of Feni madrasa girl Nusrat Jahan Rafi.
The arrestees are Emran Hossain Mamun and Iftekhar Hossain Rana.
Mamun was arrested from Cumilla's Padua Market area on Saturday and Iftekhar was arrested from the Rangamati's T & T Colony in Chattogram on Friday night.
PBI's special police superintendent Md Iqbal confirmed the arrests.
A total of 21 people have so far been arrested in connection with the murder.
Nusrat Jahan Rafi, a
student of Sonagazi Islamia Senior Fazil Madrasa, was set ablaze on April 6 allegedly for refusing to withdraw a case filed against the madrasa principal Siraj Uddoula for sexually harassing her last month.
A group of five people poured kerosene on the 18-year-old girl, according to investigators.
After fighting for her life for five days, Nusrat Rafi died at Dhaka Medical College Hospital on April 10.
