6 jailed in Pornography Act

A mobile court led by executive magistrate Hafizul Haque handed down six youths to one- month of jail in pornography act. The court also fined Tk 15,000 each or to suffer more 15 days in jail.
The convicts are Rabbi, Prodip, Shakil, Jony,Rinku and Sumon of Jashore town.
The executive magistrate told journalists that the detained were uploading porn videos in mobile phones to students and other clients setting up makeshift shops at Eden Market in Jashore town.
Tipped off, the mobile court carried out drive at the market on Tuesday afternoon.
