Girl's slaughtered body recovered in Noakhali

UNB, Noakhali :
Police recovered the slaughtered and hacked body of a teenage girl from her house at Purba Shullokia village in Sadar upazila on Wednesday night.
The deceased was identified as Parvin, 19, daughter of Jahurul Haque.
Victim's father Jahurul Haque said that Parvin, a garment worker, recently went to her home from her workplace Chattogram.
After saying her Esha prayers, Jahurul went to a local market and he returned to his house being informed by local people .
Jahurul found his daughter's severely hacked and slaughtered body lying on the floor without any clothes.
On information, Noakhali Superintendent of Police Md Elias Sharif, additional superintendent

of police, a team of Sudharam thana police and a team of Police Bureau of investigation (PBI) visited the spot.
The body was sent to Noakhali General Hospital for an autopsy.
Towhidul Anwar, inspector of PBI Noakhali office, said that a PBI team along with a team of Sudharam Police Station is investigating the murder and they have collected evidences from the spot.
