Tipu lobbying for AL ticket from Rajbari-2 Constituency

Former president of BCL, Dhaka University Unit Sheikh Sohel Rana Tipu is lobbying to get the nomination from Awami League for Rajbari-2 Constituency in the upcoming 11th national election.
He is  one of the popular leaders of grass root level and activist of AL in Rajbari-2 (Kalukhali-Pangsha-Balia) Constituency.   Tipu had played important role after the 1/11 political changeover. He under the banner of BCL, Dhaka University Unit, arranged many programmes on the campus demanding release of Incumbent Prime Minister and the Party Chairman Sheikh Hasina. In the meantime, he gained huge popularity to the people of his constituency.  The local AL insiders said that Tipu deserves the AL nominations. The party is also considering the matter, they said.   Zillul Hakim is incumbent law makes of the seat.
Sheikh Sohel Rana Tipu told The New Nation yesterdays , "I belong to the ideology of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Now Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, who has been trying to fulfill the dream of Bangabandhu, is our leader. She knows everything about us. If she thinks If we are qualified she must give us AL nomination.  "I can do everything even sacrifice our life if Sheikh Hasina orders. I have also proved it in the past.  I will win in the election using popularity and clean image if get nomination," he said.
