Teen age kidnapped girl rescued in Chandpur

A   teen age girl kidnapped from Ramganj Upazila of Luxmipur was rescued by Chandpur Model Thana Police and then she was handed over to her mother by OC Sadar Model Thana Ibrahim Khalil  at Chandpur Sadar Model Thana premises on Monday. Sub Inspector Aolad Hossain  sent money through Bcash   to  poor mother Halima Begum and then the poor mother came  over to Chandpur  Model Thana  from  her home at  Paschim Bigha village in   Ramganj  Upazila and took her daughter  to her home.
Police source said, the 14 -year- old    girl Nasima Begum   is  daughter  of late  Md Shah Alam and   mother  of .Mosammet Halima Begum.  Nasima    was kidnapped by miscreants 15 days ago from beside her home when she was alone , strolling   near her home. Her mother Halima went to  her father's home  leaving Nasima alone at home. When  Nasima was wandering  near her home, she was enticed by  youths who talked and  suddenly lifted her into a  car and later kidnapped her .  She went missing which made the poor mother worried. Due to poverty ,she could not move to distant places   to look for her   daughter.. Despite frantic searches in all possible places,  here and there ,  Nasima's whereabouts could not be traced-said Sub Inspector quoting her mother Halima.
Then Nasima  was detained  by the kidnappers in a hidden place.
At last,  the kidnappers   left Nasima   at Mohamaya  Bazar area in Chandpur Sadar Upazila on Chandpur-Cumilla Highway at night. Patrol Police   saw her crying beside the road and then she was rescued  and kept her in safe custody. She was also treated at Chandpur General Hospital.   Being  informed,  mother Halima came to Chandpur Thana on Monday and then she was handed over by the OC Md Ibrahim Khalil in the afternoon.
