Salam Murshedy seeks AL nomination again

Khulna-4 constituency is comprised with Rupsha, Terokhada and Digholia upazilas of Khulna district.
 Most of the nomination aspirants in this constituency are from two big political parties-Awami League and BNP. They started campaigning through  with posters, banners and leaflets in the meantime.
Speculation has began among people  of  Rupsha, Terokhada and Digholia as Abdus Salam Murshedy, former famous footballer and current MP of the constituency. He started his election campaign recently. In his constituency, he performed showdown along with local Awami League leaders, activists and supporters by riding motor car and motor bikes.  Seeing politeness, cordiality, political personality of Salam Murshedi, a football star and a renowned businessman, many people think that he is a man of trust.
Meanwhile, Salam Murshedi participated different meetings at different areas of his constituency. In a recent meeting at Rupsha area AL aspirant said, if I win in the forthcoming election, I'll do everything for the development of the people of my constituency. Awami League nomination aspirant Salam Murshedi further said, I am the man of this locality, The Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has given me opportunity to serve the people of this locality and this is why I am grateful to her.
AL nomination aspirant again said, I have no expectation for getting anything except the serving of the people of my locality, I seek Doa to the people and cooperation for winning the symbol 'Boat'.
In favor of Awami League nomination aspirant Abdus Salam Murshedy, MP, some local leaders, activists and supporters arranged a Doa Mahfil on Friday (On November 2, 2018) at Bamondanga Pochchimpara Jame Mosque, located under Gazirhat union in Digholia upazila of Khulna district ,after Zuma prayer, the Doa Mahfil was held and thereafter donation for the development of the mosque was given to the mosque committee. After the Doa Mahfil, a meeting was also arranged while President of Bamondanga Pochchimpara Jame mosque committee Liakot Molla, Gazirhat Union Awami League leaders - Emon Chowdhury, Biplob Molla, Ikbal Molla, journalist of The New Nation Ahsanul Amin George and local leaders of Jubo League were present. In a recent meeting, Awami League nomination aspirant Salam Murshedy said, Awami League government  has introduced Bangladesh as a role model in the world through different development works in the country.
On the other hand, BNP nomination aspirant Azizul Bari Helal said, I won in 2008 in Dhaka-18 constituency, nomination might be given me at any constituency but as a man of Khulna-4 constituency, I expect nomination from this constituency in the upcoming national parliamentary election.


Maolana Sakhawat Hossain, nomination aspirant from Khelafat Mozlish said, His party demanded a total of 35 seats and Khulna-4 is one of them, no compromise will be done in respect of this seat, he added.
It is mentionable here that former footballer and current MP of Khulna-4 constituency Abdus Salam Murshedy praised the works of the former MP of this seat Mostafa Rashidy Shuja who died recently, after the demise of Shuja, Abdus Salam Murshedy was elected in by-election.
If the people elect me in the upcoming election, I'll work for the people of the locality, particularly I want to complete the incomplete works, left by former MP Shuja, Salam Murshady added.
