Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI)  announced on Thursday an unchanged 12-man squad for the Hyderabad Test against Windies which will be final one of the Test series.
Windies have started their long tour of India that includes two Tests, five ODIs and three T20Is, in a losing cause after an innings defeat against the hosts only in three days.
After the complete one-sided Test in Rajkot, both teams have geared up for the second and final Test of the two match Test series in Hyderabad which will be played from 12th October to 16th October.
The visitors will come in to the game with the return of their regular captain Jason Holder and lead pacer Kemar Roach which will add some confidence to the side after a humiliating defeat in Rajkot.
On the hosts side, they will be looking to carry the same momentum in Hyderabad from Rajkot and will be their last home game in white clothes before the long Australian tour.
There were some talks going around the team that they will try some new faces in the squad for the encounter at Hyderabad. But the team management has confirmed that they are looking to go with the same combination ahead of the final Test. India have named the same 12-man squad for the Hyderabad Test, which they named ahead of the Rajkot Test. In thr batting department there will be no change as they are looking to play six batsmen and five bowlers.
Shardul Thakur who was the 12th man in Rajkot might receive his maiden cap if Mohammad Shami looks un fit a he had some side strain problem in Rajkot.
Moreover the youngsters in the squad Mayank Agarwal, Hanuma Vihari and Mohammed Siraj has to wait further for their turn to represent in white clothes.
India 12-man squad
Lokesh Rahul, Prithvi Shaw, Cheteshwar Pujara, Virat Kohli, Ajinkya Rahane, Rishab Pant, Ravindra Jadeja, Ravichandran Ashwin, Kuldeep Yadav, Mohammad Shami, Umesh Yadav, Shardul Thakur
