Jatiya Lekhok O Sangbadik Sangstha (National Writer and Journalist Association) organised a mourning programme to condole the death of Association's Senior Vice-President, Freedom Fighter Professor Mohammad Ashraf and Literature Secretary Mahbub Newaz Chowdhury on October 5 at Bangshal's Malitola in the capital. Jatiya Lekhok O Sangbadik Sangstha (National Writer and Journalist Association) President Mohammad Lutfar Rahman (Khaja Sha) chaired the programme, AL. Ward No 54 Chairman and Freedom Fighter Md Liakat Ali was present as the chief guest. Patronizer of the association Md Nazmul Huda Bablu was present as special guest. Among others, Azad Islam, Md Abdul Latif R.C.P, Md Serajul Islam, Md. Abdus Sattar and Kamrul Islam were present at the programme on the occasion.
