Greater unity process met at B Chy's residence

The leaders of greater unity process and Jukto Front met in a special meeting at the residence of Jukto Front President Professor AQM Badruddoza Chowdhury in city's Baridhara area on Tuesday night.
BNP Vice-Chairman Iqbal Hasan Mahmud Tuku joined the meeting on behalf of the party, which started after seven o'clock in the night.
In addition to B Chowdhury, JSD President ASM Rob, General Secretary Abdul Malek Ratan, Nagorik Oikya's Mahmudur Rahman Manna, Dr. Jafarullah Chowdhury, Joint Seceretary General of Bikalpadhara Mahi B Chowdhury, Organizing Secretary Barrister Umar Farooq, Nagorik Oikya's Dr. Zahed ur Rahman, Member Secretary of the National Unity Process ABM Mostafa Amin, and some other  leaders were present.
Dr. Kamal Hossain could not join the meeting as he was sick. However, member secretary of his unity process ABM Mostafa Amin along with two leaders of the Gono Forum attended the meeting.
The present political situation and other national election issues were discussed in the meeting, sources close to the meeting said.
