US-Bangla ties expanding : Bernicat

US ambassador to Bangladesh Marcia Bernicat on Wednesday expressed her  appreciation over the 'deep partnership' that is expanding between Bangladesh and the USA as the friendship is growing fast from both sides.
'We've a deep ongoing partnership. US continues to value that partnership,' the US ambassador said as she was talking to reporters after meeting with foreign Secretary M Shahidul Haque held at State Guesthouse Padma in the city.
Bernicat said, it was a regular meeting and they discussed the deep and ongoing partnership between the two countries. 'The friendship that the two countries share together; the US believes it was the case yesterday and is also the case today,' she said.
