Lamudi celebrates 5th anniversary

Lamudi, one of Bangladesh's top online real estate marketplaces, celebrated its 5th year anniversary in Bangladesh on Tuesday, a press release from the company said. Lamudi is an online platform that acts as a facilitator between individuals and organizations, looking to buy, rent or sell their properties.  
The celebration was initiated by the launch of a special country-wide campaign, said Co-Founder and Managing Director Anne Maria Hermans.
In a press conference on Tuesday, Lamudi reflected on its 5-year journey and the progress of the real estate sector in Bangladesh. The event, at the Birds Eye Roof-Top Restaurant was the perfect location to reveal their nationwide social campaign 'Amar Shohor, Amar Gorbo' to mark not just their company's anniversary celebration but to celebrate the country as a whole.  
Lamudi's campaign invited individuals to capture the unique character of the city with a selfie picture.  By using the hashtag #AmarShohorAmarGorbo and #LamudiBD, all photos will be uploaded on the website www.amarshohoramargorbo.com and showcase Bangladesh's quirky and special beauty.
