Dhaka Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited beat Bangladesh Sporting Club by three goals to nil in the second match of the Green Delta Insurance Premier Division Hockey League at the Maulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium on Saturday.
Russell Mahmud Jimmy of Mohammedan Sporting Club put his team ahead by a field goal in the 10th minute of the play.
Jimmy made it 2-0 by a field goal in the 16th minute of the clash.
After two minutes, Jimmy fulfilled his hat-trick and sealed the fate of the match by a field goal.
In the day's other match, Ajax SC defeated Sadharan Bima by 5-3 goals at the same venue.
Luxmindor Singh of Ajax SC scored two goals and his teammates Imtiaz Rubel, Gurprit Singh, Hansraj successfully struck one time each on the board.
On the other hand, Yoga Singh, Faisal Hossain, Zahid Bin Talib of Sadharan Bima netted one goal each.
Today's matches: Ajax SC vs Victoria SC (2.00 pm),
Azad SC vs Bangladesh Police Hockey Club (4.00 pm).
