Chattogram, Sylhet, Barishal, Nilphamari in zonal champions

Four teams -- Chattogram, Sylhet, Barishal and Nilphamari -- emerged zonal champions in the Pran Milk National School Football Championship winning their respective finals at separate zonal venues across country on Monday.
Chattogram District earned a 1-0 goal victory over Cox's Bazar District at the MA Aziz Stadium in the port city of Chattogram.
Firoz Alam scored the match winner for Chattogram in the very first minute and was adjudged the best player of the match.
In the day's another match, Nilphamari District managed a 1-0 goal win over Gaibandha District at Rangpur Medical College ground with Uday scoring the all-important goal in the 24th minute. Shahjalal of Gaibandha was named the best player of the match.
At the Sylhet MC College ground, hosts Sylhet District outplayed Sunamganj District by 3-0 goal. Salman, Sahel Ahmed and Masum scored one each for the winners.
In the day's other match, Barishal District earned a huge 6-2 goal victory over Patuakhali District at Abdur Rab Serniabat Stadium in Khulna.
Raihan Munshi made a hat-trick scoring four goals while Tamim netted two for the winners. Shanta and Nishat scored one each for the losers.
