Walton-BSJC Media Cup Football final tomorrow

bdnews24.com will face Dhaka Tribune in the final of the Walton-BSJC Media Cup Football Tournament at the Shaheed (Captain) M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium tomorrow. The match kicks-off at 10.00 am.
bdnews24.com moved into the final defeating RTV by two goals to nil in the first semi-final at the same venue on Thursday.
Maidul Islam and Kamal Hossain Talukdar of bdnews24.com scored one goal each.
Kamal Hossain Talukdar was adjudged the Man of the Match.
Dhaka Tribune reached the final beating Channel24 by 3-2 goals in the tie-breaker of the second semi-final at the same venue on the same day.
The match ended in a  1-1 draw in the stipulated time.
Real, Fazle Rabbi, Baezid of Dhaka Tribune scored one goal each in the tie-breaker.
Sadman, Rashed of Channel24 netted one goal each in the tie-breaker.
Baezid of Dhaka Tribune was adjudged the Man of the Match.
Former general secretary of Bangladesh Kabaddi Federation Monir Hossain died (Inna…..Rajeun) on Thursday morning. One minute silence was observed marking his death before the second semi-final.
General Secretary of Bangladesh Handball Federation Asaduzzaman Kohinoor, former player of Bangladesh National Football team Mahbub Hossain Roxy, former player of Bangladesh National Football team Md Iqbal Hossain, former player of Bangladesh National Badminton team Enayet Hossain Khan, Publication Secretary of Dhaka Union of Journalists Zihadur Rahman Zihad, President of Bangladesh Sports Journalists Community (BSJC) Asif Iqbal, General Secretary of BSJC Sakir Ruben, Senior Vice-President of BSJC Main Uddin Tareq, Publication Secretary of BSJC Anwar Hossain were present at the prize-giving ceremony.
