The NEF foundation will begin with a cricket and football academy in its initial stage with a total of 60 students will be trained within the age level of 16 to 18 years.
"We cherish dreams of changing the education, health, ICT, tourism, culture and sports of the people of Narail through Narail Express Foundation. The foundation cannot implement this dream alone. I warmly welcome IPDC Finance Limited to help us in giving trainings to the talented players of Narail. I hope that the relation with IPDC with Narail Express Foundation will stay strong in future,'' said Mashrafe after the signing ceremony.
Mashrafe and Mominul Islam, Managing Director and CEO of IPDC Finance Ltd signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
"In our country, sometimes we lose talented players from grassroots level because of lack of proper trainings and opportunities...We hope that someday the best player from rural areas will lead Bangladesh national cricket team through this partnership and we will be there for Narail Express in future," said Mominul Islam.
IPDC Finance Ltd is a private financial institution of Bangladesh established in 1981.
