Md Ariful Islam of Dhaka Division clinched gold medal in the 50 metre Freestyle of Boys' Division of the Swimming Competition of the Bangladesh Youth Games at the Shaheed Syed Nazrul Islam National Swimming Complex on Sunday.
In the 50 metre Freestyle of Girls' Division, Chhumma Khatun of Khulna Division bagged gold medal.
In the 50 metre Backstroke of Girls' Division, Rupa Khatun of Khulna Division earned gold medal.
In the 50 metre Breaststroke of Boys' Division, Ariful Islam of Dhaka Division clinched gold medal.
In the 50 metre Backstroke of Boys' Division, Al-Amin of Khulna Division bagged gold medal.
In the 50 metre Breaststroke of Girls' Division, Khadiza Akhter Brishti of Khulna Division collected gold medal.
In the 100 metre Freestyle of Boys' Division, Ariful Islam of Dhaka Division clinched the gold medal.
In the 100 metre Freestyle of Girls' Division, Chhumma Khatun of Khulna Division won gold medal.
Today the final round of the six events of the Swimming Competition will be held at the same venue. Senior Vice-President of Bangladesh Swimming Federation and Chairman of the Max Group Golam Mohammad Alamgir will distribute the prizes among the winners as the chief guest.
