Singer Sabah Tani found dead at her residence

Popular singer of 80s decade Sabah Tani was found dead in her own residence at Uttara on Monday morning.
The body was found in the bathroom said film actor Nayeem, cousin of the  deceased.
She had been suffering from low blood pressure for long her cousin claimed.
Sabah Tani used to stay with her mother while her father and other family members live in the United Kingdom, he said.
She and her domestic help were at Uttara on Sunday night, as her mother went to her sister's place. As relatives failed to contact her over phone, they broke to open the door of the room and found her lying on the floor of the bathroom.
On Sunday, the singer's mother went to New Eskaton to see her younger sister. Sabah Tani could not be reached by phone last night, another family member said.
The caretaker of the house broke open the door of the house in the morning and found her body in the bathroom, he said.
Known for her pop numbers, Sabah Tani won hearts of many through her songs like 'Kichhukhon', and 'Kono Baishakhi raate jodi.'
Tani left behind her son, mother, two sisters and two brothers.
