Inter-university music festival begins at JU today

A two-day 'Inter-university music festival-2018' will begin today (Wednesday) on the Jahangirnagar University campus.
With the slogan, 'Faguner Nabin Anonde', Shuswar, a music based cultural organisation of the university is organizing the festival.
General Secretary of the organisation Shuvankar Karmakar told media on Tuesday.
'A total of four public universities will perform in this festival. In the first day, JU based musical organizations will perform while DU, RU and CU based organizations will perform in the next day,' he said.
'All the events of the festival will be held at the Selim Al Deen Muktamancha in the evening', he added.
The music festival will include an inaugural session and performance of different music based organisations of public universities.
