Sports Reporter :
Sri Lanka have special plan to resist in-form batsman Moninul Haque in the second Test starting from today at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in the city's Mirpur.
Earlier, Mominul Haque hit back-to-back century at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong recently.
Captain of Sri Lanka team Dinesh Chandimal thinks Mominul did an extra-ordinary record. Chandimal said, " We have special plan to resist Mominul. The bowlers of Sri Lanka have different plan to restrict Mominul that he cannot repeat that record in Dhaka."
Mominul has started his carrier with style. Once, he had a notable average. Later, he lost his rhythm. Then he was dropped from the squad.
Chandimal said, " Mominul played superb in Chittagong. He is dependable in Test cricket. He has fantastic temperament in Test cricket. To hit each century in a Test is not an easy task. It is always special."
He said, " We have particular plan to check Mominul. I hope that our bowlers will execute that plan against Mominul in Dhaka."
