Jahurul Islam’s 22nd death anniv today

The 22nd death anniversary of the founder of Islam Group and pioneer of Bangladeshi business Alhaj Jahurul Islam will be  observed  today ( Thursday) , says a press release.
He died on 19th October, 1995 at the age of 67.
On 26th September, 1995, Alhajj Jahurul Islam went to Singapore for treatment, but expired on 19th October at 2:30 am due to a massive heart attack. As a Prominent business man, entrepreneur and social activist, he became a popular personality.
 Jahurul Islam was born in the village of Bhagalpur of Bajitpur Thana under Kishoreganj district on 1 August, 1928.
He came from a traditional business family. His father Alhajj Aftab Uddin Ahmed and mother Rahima Akhter are very popular in Kishoregonj. A Milad and Doa Mahfil will be held at Bhagalpur Kishoregonj, the home town of late Jahurul Islam for his death anniversary on 19th October, 2017.
On behalf of his family members, all relatives and well-wishers are invited to attend the programme.
