Minister Fridge-DRU Media Cup Football begins tomorrow

The Minister Fridge-DRU Media Cup Football Tournament begins tomorrow at the Shaheed (Captain) M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium.
Marking the upcoming competition, a press conference was held at the Sagar-Runi Auditorium in Dhaka Reporters Unity (DRU) on Sunday.
President of Dhaka Reporters Unity Sakhawat Hossain Badsha presided over the press conference. General Secretary of DRU Morsalin Nomani, High Official Minister High-Tech Park Limited Dr Uzzal Kumar Roy, Member Secretary of the Tournament Committee Sayeed Khan, Member Secretary of the Football Tournament Committee Mojibur Rahman, Vice-President of DRU Abu Darda Jubayer, Joint-Secretary of DRU Tofazzal Hossain, Finance Secretary of DRU Manik Muntasir, Women Affairs Secretary of DRU Dinar Sultana, Entertainment Secretary of DRU Kamal Uddin Sumon were present at the conference, among others.
The logo unveiling programme and jersey showing programme were also held at the Auditorium on the same day.
A total of 40 media houses including national dailies, news agencies, online media and satellite channels will take part in the gala football meet.
The champions will be awarded Taka forty thousand, while the runners-up will get Taka twenty thousand and the two semi-finalist teams will be given Taka five thousand each.
