Beautifying deep dark eyes

Sunken eyes are a common condition that occurs around the eyes as we age. This is also caused due to other reasons such as stress, dehydration, poor diet or lack of sleep. People with sunken eyes can look very unhealthy and exhausted. Natural home remedies offer some treatments that can help get rid of deep sunken eyes effectively.
Tip 1:
Slice raw potato into thin layers and keep on the eyes for at least 30 minutes. This will give essential nutrients and vitamins to the skin and help to soften the delicate skin under the eyes.
Tip 2:
Almond oil is rich in vitamin E. Apply 1 teaspoon of almond oil on the skin aroud the eyes before going to bed. This will help in toning the skin under the eyes and makes it look healthy.
Tip 3:
Tea bags are very effective for treating sunken eyes. Keep warm or cold tea bags on your eyes, leave them for few minutes and wash your face with cool water. This gives relaxation to the eyes and helps improve circulation of blood around the eyes, and thus reduces pigmentation and dark circles.
Tip 4:
Cucumber is best known for its cooling effect, which is why it is very effective for healing dark circles caused by tiredness and fatigue. Slice fresh cucumber and keep them on your eyes for few minutes, and wash offwith cool water. Repeat this remedy as often as needed.
Tip 5:
The skin under the eyes is very delicate when compared to the skin in other areas of the body. Make sure you apply a good quality sunscreen lotion and moisturize under the eyes to avoid further damage to your skin.
Tip 6:
Fish oil is a good source of omega fatty acids that helps in making your skin smooth and healthy when it is applied topically around the eyes.
Tip 7:
Extract the juice of fresh lemon and dilute with water. Apply this on the skin around the eyes. Lemon juice is a good remedy for treating dark patchy skin and it helps in removing dead skin cells around the eyes.
Tip 8:
Lack of sleep is a major factor that causes sunken eyes. Hence getting enough sleep is needed to get rid of sunken eyes and will benefit your overall health.
Tip 9:
Water is very essential in keeping your body healthy. Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday to keep your body healthy and to avoid problems related to hair and skin.
Tip 10:
Eat a healthy diet of dark green leafy vegetables such as kale, spinach, broccoli and collard greens to get rid of deep sunken eyes.
