Waiting for you

  • Print
Tahia Tabassum :
Waiting for you is not easy
I always find myself busy
With the work of this earthly attachments
And at the mock I used to get.

Living for you is holy that much
And hard to touch it as such.
While life is for bread and butter
I get to act like a wood cutter.

To belong for you and wait for you
Is not a fact that is new?
I know it and try to be natural
Obstacles stand-are cultural.

You make it easy for me.
To remember forever be
A respected human being
I wait for you and sing.
