Manager of Bangladesh National Cricket team Khaled Mahmud Sujan said, " Our squad is almost decided."
The ICC Champions Trophy will begin on June 1 at Kannington Oval in London, the capital city of England. Bangladesh will take on hosts England in the opening match.
Bangladesh took part in the ICC Champions Trophy 2006 last. After a decade, Bangladesh are going to take part in the ICC Champions Trophy. Mashrafe Bin Mortaza will lead Bangladesh team in the ICC Champions Trophy, one of the most prestigious cricket competitions of the world. The Team Management of BCB is confident of experienced players.
Khaled Mahmud said, " We have a prepared ODI squad. I think that we don't need any major changes in our squad. We have a good combination."
Khaled said, " There are similarities among the wickets of England and the wickets, where Dhaka Metropolis Premier Division Cricket League are taken place."
He said, " The bowlers can earn experience from the local pitches. They have to know, when they use yorker and how to bowl in the slog overs."
