Walton Group accords reception to swimmers

Walton group accorded a warm reception to four swimmers who successfully crossed 12th Bangla channel marathon swimming recently, said a Walton Group press release.
The reception ceremony was held on Tuesday at conference room of Walton Group. Walton Group executive director M Humayun Kabir, Walton Group senior operative director (creative and publication) Uday Hakim, Walton Group operative director head of games and sports FM Iqbal Bin Anwar, were among others, present on the occasion.
The swimmers are team leader Lipton Sarkar, Fazlul Kabir Sinau, Moniruzzaman and Shamsuzzaman Arafat. Sazzad Khan Ronny acted as a navigation and rescue team leader in the marathon swimming.
The marathon swimming, which started from Teknaf Fishers Jetty on April 11, concluded Saint Martin Island on the following day.
